POLICE will be listening to local people's concerns at a special event in Kirkheaton this week. A police contact point will be set up at Kirkheaton Library on Thursday from 2 to 4pm. It will be manned by police community support officer Bryan Clarkson, who will be listening to concerns of residents and taking details of crimes. It is part of the new neighbourhood policing initiative.
