HUDDERSFIELD slimmers have shed pounds to raise money for charity.
Weightwatchers groups led by Dorothy Bush at Almondbury, Holmfirth and Shepley raised more than £430 for Kirkwood Hospice, Dalton, with their dieting efforts.
The groups made donations to the charity at classes before Christmas.
Members were asked to contribute 20 pence if they lost weight and 15 pence if they gained.
The money raised will contribute towards the running costs of the hospice.
