A POWER cut left several businesses without electricity in Huddersfield.
The electrical fault happened in Cloth Hall Street in the town centre at 10.35am on Thursday.
A fault on the underground network of cables meant several businesses, including the Halifax bank, were left without electricity.
The Halifax had to be shut and customers were redirected to the Market Street branch.
Yorkshire Electricity Distribution engineers worked until early evening to restore supplies.
