Traffic talks
TRAFFIC problems are on the agenda in Flockton again. Members of the public are invited to a meeting in the village tomorrow. And the meeting will report the results of the Flockton traffic alleviation study, carried out several months ago. Residents have long complained about heavy traffic through the village, as thousands of drivers use Barnsley Road to get to and from the M1. Kirklees Council officials will also be there to discuss traffic management issues. The meeting will start at 7.30pm and will take place at Flockton First School in Barnsley Road.
