REGULARS from a village pub will really be putting their back into some fundraising tomorrow.
The customers from The Smith's Arms, Highburton, are taking part in the 11-mile Great Milk Stout Ride around Pateley Bridge, near Harrogate.
They will be pushing a four-seater bike decorated as a sedan chair and containing "Arabian princesses" during the fundraising event for the Macmillan Cancer Relief charity.
It is the second year a team from the pub has taken part.
This year the team is Colin Hanson, Liam McKintosh, John Schofield and Gary Tucker.
Colin is an instructor at Kirkburton Karate Club and fellow members will be among the pushers and followers.
Last year the team decorated the bike - bought from a Filey holiday camp - as a Flintstone-style car.
Friend Yvonne Pullen, who has had treatment for cancer of the hip will ride in the chair, along with Colin's daughter, Carly, and two youngsters, Laura and Megan Eaton.
They will join up to 40 other customers from the pub.
The team hopes to raise more than £2,000.
