PASSENGERS expecting big changes when a train company brings in its winter timetable are being told most services are the same as last winter.
Arriva Trains Northern brings its winter timetable into operation next Monday. Passengers are urged to pick up a copy from stations.
The timetable can also be seen on the company's website www.arrivatrainsnorthern.co.uk from Saturday.
Heidi Mottram, the train operator's commercial director, said: "We operate about 1,200 services a day and the majority will operate the same as last year's winter timetable."
