A MAN from Ravensthorpe arrested by anti-terror police has been released without charge.
Mozam Hussain, 43,was one of seven men detained last week by officers from West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit.
He was held until last night and then released.
Three of the men have already appeared in court charged with terrorism offences and the other three will appear before Westminster Magistrates in London later today.
A court was told the group had planned an attack on the English Defence League who were holding a rally in Dewsbury.
The men,, who have been charged under section 5(1) of the Terrorism Act 2006, are accused of preparing an act, or acts of terrorism between May 1 and July 4 this year, West Midlands Police said.
Shotguns, a nail bomb, machetes and a note addressed to a right wing group were found in a car stopped by police on the M1 motorway.
