With less than a month to go until Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival, fans can whet their appetites — and their whistles — with a fun fringe event.

The festival’s Real Ale and Cocktail Trail returns on Saturday July 16, featuring 14 Huddersfield pubs and bars.

The taster event, which will run until Sunday August 7, encourages drinkers to try featured real ales, ciders and cocktails at each of the trail venues, collecting stamps along the way.

Pick up a card from any of the participating venues and you’re off!

If you collect eight stamps across the 14 venue, you’ll be rewarded with a limited edition engraved glass — simply hand in your stamped form at the Food Festival (from Thursday August 4 to Sunday August 7), the Slug and Lettuce or the Sportsman.
