MORE cyclists than ever before have entered a charity challenge in the Pennine hills.

Some 330 riders have entered the Brian Robinson challenge on April 26.

Funds raised will go to the Jane Tomlinson Appeal, the Dave Rayner Fund and the Cyclists Defence Fund.

West Yorkshire Advance Motorcyclists are donating money to the National Association for Bikers.

Ride organiser, Martyn Bolt, said: “I think we have a cracking route and with the support from our marshals and supporters we’re in for a true classic challenge ride.”
