SUPERMARKET staff will be flying the flag for St George’s Day.
The staff at Sainsbury’s Market Street plan to dress up in red and white to raise money for charity. Colourful banners and flags will also form part of the store’s celebrations this Friday.
A special quiz will be held and the store’s new mascot, Leonburger Bumble, will be making her debut to lend a helping paw.
Cash raised will be given to the store’s new Charity of the Year, which last year was The Nerve Centre.
