CHILDREN can tell Santa about their Christmas wishes at an unusual venue.
From the end of the month the famous man dressed in red has a new home underground at the National Coal Mining Musuem, at Overton, near Flockton.
On Sunday November 28 he is in residence with another special visitor, Calendar weather girl Jo Blythe.
Youngsters can travel underground every weekend from Saturday November 27 until Christmas to have a word with the bearded one.
Well-behaved children under 12 who visit Santa will all get a special Christmas gift.
Grange Moor Colliery band will also be entertaining visitors each Sunday.
The museum is open from 10am to 5pm. The charge to see Santa is £3.75.
