REINWOOD Junior School took part in a multi-faith day to celebrate all religions.

It was organised not only as an enjoyable day for children, teachers and parents, but to raise awareness of all the ethnic minority groups in the school.

All pupils took part and their parents and grandparents were invited to join them.

They spent a day exploring each other's religions.

Some classes looked at the festival of Diwali and made clay tiles and lamps.

They also studied All Saints' Day and created their own stained glass windows.

The Year 6 class studied Eid and made prayer mats and Year 5s focused on Sikhism.

Some of the children and teachers are pictured in their traditional costumes.
