A VILLAGE school has unveiled its very own sculpture park.

Pupils from year five at Kaye's First and Nursery School, Clayton West, have filled it with their own art, working with local artist Mick Kirkby-Geddes (left) to produce the sculptures.

He returned to officially open the sculpture park in the school's orchard.

It follows recent additions to the school grounds, including a new pond, vegetable plots and woodland trail.

One of the art pieces is a leavers' tree - showing photographs of children leaving for middle school.
