PUPILS at four Huddersfield schools will not be back at their desks on Monday.
Delays in building work over the summer holidays mean Royds Hall High School at Paddock, Holmfirth High School and Holmfirth Junior, Infant and Nursery School will not be ready to reopen.
In addition, work is still taking place at Rawthorpe Infants School.
As reported in the Examiner yesterday, Royds Hall plans to open on Thursday.
A decision on a starting date for Holmfirth High will be made on Monday.
Dates for the opening of the other two schools have yet to be decided.
