STUDENTS sampled university life when they visited Leeds University as part of National Science and Engineering Week.

Year 10 students who are studying triple science at Moor End Technology College visited the faculty of engineering during the trip. They enjoyed a tour around the University, assessed undergraduates work and took part in a practical activity, solving a forensics case in workshops.

The Science Faculty at Moor End has organised a number of trips as part of National Science and Engineering Week.

A group of year 9 students will take part in a visit later, accompanied by science teacher Mrs Mone Sagoo.
