A 54-year-old woman collapsed with shock following a collision at the Great Northern Retail Park on Leeds Road yesterday afternoon.
Police were called at around 2pm after a Volkswagen Polo and a Volkswagen Tiguan collided near JJB Sports. The woman got out of the Tiguan and then collapsed in the road. She received treatment at the scene and was then taken by ambulance to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary where she was treated for shock.
