THE sister of a missing Huddersfield teenager today appealed for help to find him.

Seventeen-year-old James Dollery left his home at Sunnymead, Waterloo, on November 19.

His family are growing increasingly worried about his safety.

James needs to take regular medication, but has none with him.

He was born and brought up in the Cambridgeshire village of Soham.

He moved to Huddersfield with his mother, Pauline, and sister, Ella, when he was about seven.

He later attended Almondbury High School.

Ella, 22, who is now married and lives in Nottingham, urged James to come home.

She said: "Please get in contact if you can, James. We miss you and just need to know you are OK.

"James has never gone missing before and we are extremely concerned about him.

"He is a very friendly person who goes out of his way to help people and I believe somebody must know where he is or must have seen him."

James left his home at about 7pm after telling his mum he was going out. He was seen in the Waterloo area at about 9pm, but there have been no sightings since.

Pauline said: "He had gone out earlier to get some cigarettes and then spent a couple of hours watching TV before he said he was popping out again, but this time he never came back. He looked fine and there was nothing unusual about him."

James left with no money or change of clothes. He has not used his cash card either, which he regularly uses.

James is 6ft 2in tall, wears a silver chain around his neck and smokes Regal cigarettes. When last seen he was wearing a grey Ben Sherman zip-up jacket and a grey woolly hat - along with black tracksuit bottoms and grey slip-on trainers.

Ella said: "James has a great love of Carlisle, Newcastle and Scotland and may have headed in that direction. But he could have headed to Soham. He has wanted to return to the village for some time and tells me often that he wishes we had never left.

"James is in no trouble at all. We just need to know he is well."
