Skelmanthorpe nursery learns soccer skills

NURSERY children put on their football boots to get a taste of soccer.

Youngsters at Lanefield Day Nursery, Skelmanthorpe, took part in a four-week Pre-Kickers course, run by Kirklees Active Leisure.

Around 16 children aged between three and five learned how to kick, dribble and score.

They all received certificates to celebrating completing the course.
