A SPECIAL beer being unveiled this weekend will help the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Huddersfield Town.

The annual Monkeyfest beer festival in Armitage Bridge includes a special Keep It Up beer.

It supports the partnership between Town and the YAA, which has already seen £120,000 raised for the charity and the Town Academy.

This is the third year that Town has been honoured by the beer festival at the Armitage Bridge Monkey Club in Dean Brook Road. In 2008, Hebert Chapman was remembered with the Chapman’s Three Star Beer for Town’s centenary. At last year’s festival, legendary striker Andy Booth was recognised with Booth 150 Legend Bitter in honour of his goals tally for the club.

The Monkey Fest is tomorrow from noon until 11pm and continues on Sunday at noon until 9pm.
