TWO Huddersfield University students were robbed yesterday.

A Frenchman was walking down Newsome Road at 7.45pm when a white couple

offered to sell him drugs, but he refused.

They followed him

and near the university music building, the man threatened him with a knife and the woman lifted a bottle over her head as though she was going to hit him.

They took money from his wallet before fleeing.

The man is in his early 20s with very short, light brown hair.

The woman is in her early 20s, with large, dark eyes and long black hair .

At 6.10pm a student was attacked in a car park off Colne Road, Folly Hall. He was getting in his car when the thief pushed him. He dropped his laptop and the mugger fled with it.

The thief is a skinny 6ft 2in man.
