STUDENTS have pulled in one of Huddersfield’s biggest bands for a concert to help Haiti.
Electro-rock band Kava Kava will headline the Help for Haiti concert at Huddersfield Students Union on Saturday, March 6.
Kava Kava frontman Pat Fulgoni, said: “Two students approached us as they wanted to do a benefit concert and we were more than happy to oblige.
“We plan to do an hour long set and will play our new single.”
Support comes from fellow Yorkshire based bands Call It a Day and Epic.
KavaKava is heading stateside next month after being selected to play at the prestigious South by Southwest (SXSW) music conference for the second time.
The gig is on Saturday March 6 from 8pm and tickets cost £4/3 NUS.
