PEOPLE involved in training to make Kirklees a safer place to live all now meet a set standard.
The latest batch of trainers have just successfully completed City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 certificates in training and presenting in the workplace.
The training is in relation to alcohol and drug abuse. They were trained by Huddersfield company C25 Solutions.
Alan Laurie, training co-ordinator for Kirklees Safer Communities Partnership, said: "We have a structured programme of training which is raising the standard of training within the Partnership."
The scheme has been running for three years.
The newly-qualified trainers work for organisations including Kirklees Youth Offending Team and the Lifeline substance misuse service.
