FOUR people have been arrested for attempted murder after a woman was found in what police have called a "dishevelled state".
The 27-year-old was found by a passing motorist in the early hours of this morning, Sunday May 29, near to Woodsome Hall Golf Club in Fenay Bridge.

Two men aged 25-years and 49-years-old, a boy aged 17-years old and a 46-year-old woman have all been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remain in police custody at this time being interviewed by detectives.

Senior Investigating Officer Detective Chief Inspector Lisa Griffin of West Yorkshire Police’s Homicide and Major Enquiry Team (HMET) said: “It is important we establish exactly what’s happened to this woman and how she came to be in the woodland."
