TOWN have a tough home tie against Championship promotion-chasers West Bromwich Albion to look forward to in the third round of the FA Cup.

Lee Clark's side made it through to Sunday's draw by beating Port Vale 1-0 in round two on Saturday, thanks to a goal from Nathan Clarke.

And they were pitted against the Baggies, who are currently lying second in the Championship.

The third round will also see Manchester United face either Kettering Town, of the Blue Square Premier League, or Leeds United at Old Trafford. The two sides drew 1-1 at Kettering's Rockingham Road ground on Sunday.

All third round ties will be played on the weekend of January 2 and 3.
