SUPERMARKET staff have a few tricks up their sleeves to celebrate Halloween.

Members of Sainsbury’s Market Street hope to give customers a good scare when they dress up in ghoulish costumes.

Activities in store will include a children’s colouring competition. The fun takes place this Friday and Saturday. Cash raised will be donated to the supermarket’s charity of the year, The Nerve Centre.

Cashier Susan Elliott recently raised £160 for the charity when she took part in a sponsored walk around town with her Leonburger dog Otto, the store’s mascot.
