STAFF at a law firm in Huddersfield have helped raise more than £4,600 for charity.
A team from legal aid firm Switalskis, which has a branch at New Street, was the biggest single fundraiser in the 2010 Clarion Leeds 10k Challenge.
The team of almost 50 runners raised the cash for the Jane Tomlinson Appeal, which supports cancer and children's charities.
And more than 50 of the firm’s 200 staff have already signed up to take part in this year’s challenge.
Managing partner John Durkan said: “I am delighted that Switalskis has played a part in the Jane Tomlinson Appeal’s fundraising efforts in 2010.
“We are really looking forward to the 2011 event in June, and hope to raise even more money for the appeal this year!”
