TALENTED schoolgirl Emma Gray will be taking to the stage at one of Britain’s top venues.

Seven-year-old Emma, who attends Theatretrain drama and dance group at Almondbury High School, will perform at the London Palladium.

More than 300 people will make the trip down south to see the youngster perform Wondrous Stories with the group.

The production features Theatretrain members from around the country performing songs with a 10-piece band.

Proud mum, Jennifer Gray, of Thornhill, said: “It’s a world-famous venue. After the performance Emma can look back for the rest of her life and say she has performed there.”

Theatretrain, which has more than 80 centre around the country, teaches the stage arts to youngsters.

Emma, a pupil South Ossett Infant School, joined Theatretrain in September.
