TWO boys were attacked by an older teenager who pulled up alongside them in a car.

The victims and other youths - in their mid-teens- were walking on Fleminghouse Lane in Almondbury when the black Citroen ZX drew up.

A young man aged about 19 asked for a cigarette and when the group said they did not have one, he got out of the car and attacked two of the youngsters, leaving them bruised.

He is white with a small moustache and wore a dark blue hooded top. There were other men in the car, also aged about 19. One was mixed race and the other African- Caribbean.

The attack happened at 6pm on Monday.
