Ten people have been arrested – including men from Huddersfield and Brighouse – over a mass brawl in Halifax.

During the fracas three men were knocked unconscious.

Now police have released CCTV footage as the inquiry continues.

The images are of a man they want to trace over the trouble which broke out at 3.15am on Sunday, June 29, in Waterhouse Street, Halifax.

Police believe that a group of men kicked and punched another group of men, knocking three of them out.

Eight of the arrested men are from Huddersfield, one from Brighouse and one from Bradford.

Det Con Simon Jenkinson, of Calderdale CID, said: “I would urge anyone who recognises the man in these CCTV images to call Calderdale CID on 101. Similarly, I would urge this man himself to make contact with police.”

In unrelated investigations, police would like to speak to the people pictured in the image gallery below. The people pictured in the images may be witnesses as well as suspects. If you recognise anyone, contact police on 101 quoting the reference number on the image caption.
