THE ex-wife of a British bar owner in Thailand has been arrested on suspicion of his murder along with two of her relatives. Detectives found what they believe to be the burned remains of Toby Charnaud, 41, on land belonging to former wife, Panada. Mr Charnaud, who had been missing since March, owned a Western-style bar called Rainbow in the beach and golf resort of Hua Hin. Mr Charnaud is thought to be from Wiltshire or Dorset and had been a farmer before moving to Thailand.
