A NEW social group has been launched in Huddersfield.
The town's Plus group was opened by Huddersfield man John Smith, who is also chairman of the national Plus organisation.
Plus is an organisation which has groups all over the UK, arranging social activities for people aged 18 to 35.
They include leisure events and fundraising for different charities.
The groups are run by volunteers and committees, which are elected by members.
The Huddersfield Plus group will meet at 8.30pm on the last Monday of every month at the Albert pub on Victoria Lane in the town centre.
