A MELTHAM company is toasting its success after completing a six-figure contract.
Concept Bars has designed and built Britain's biggest mobile bar for the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow.
The firm - which has 20 employees - provided a 120-metre bar for Leith's, part of the sport and leisure division of catering giant Compass.
The contract is worth about £200,000.
The bar features stainless steel fittings, lighting and colour laminates.
It can be divided up to provide between five and 15 separate bars at different locations in the conference centre - each with fitting to serve draught or bottled beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
The conference centre regularly hosts events with more than 10,000 visitors.
Ian Gillings, managing director of Concept Bars, said: "We are often asked to work on bespoke projects and we take pride in our ability to deliver exactly what we are asked for.
"The SECC project was great to work on and we're proud to have produced the UK's biggest mobile bar."
Concept Bars has completed projects across the UK for leading bar operators in nightclubs, hotels, restaurants, casinos, cinemas and theatres.
The company has also built and installed bars for leisure centres, health clubs, public buildings - and even private homes.
It also makes coffee counters and supplies bar equipment, including ice makers and glass washers.
