THREE men have appeared in court, accused of a ram raid attack on Lepton Post Office.
Two admitted the offence, which left the shop badly damaged, but the third denied it.
Wayne Daniel Lawrence, 22, of Blackhouse Road, Fartown; Steven David Barker, 27, of Merchant Court, East Bowling, Bradford; and Kenneth John Honey, 32, of Storey Place, Halton, Leeds, appeared before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.
Lawrence and Barker pleaded guilty to burglary with intent to steal, aggravated vehicle-taking and taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.
They were remanded in custody to appear at Bradford Crown Court for sentencing on June 20.
Honey, a married father-of-three, denied all three charges. An application for bail was refused.
He was remanded in custody to re-appear before the magistrates on Wednesday.
