CHILDREN from St Aidan’s Parent and Toddler group, Mirfield, took part in a sponsored Toddle Waddle in aid of the West Yorkshire Forget Me Not Trust.
The children, between four months and five, completed the half-mile route in the centre of Mirfield, despite the poor weather conditions.
Jayne Riley, who is one of the group leaders, said she was proud of the enthusiasm of the children and couldn’t have wished for a better response from parents and sponsors.
Jayne is taking part in the Great North Run in October for the trust.
