Ever wondered what Greenhead Park looks like upside down?

Well, a topsy turvy personal trainer got to find out first hand when he embarked on an unusual stroll around the Huddersfield green space.

Shane Godliman, of Brighouse, wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty as he walked on his hands across the park.

He tackled steps, strolled around the lake and balanced on boulders during his unusual work out - which he captured on video.

The 23-year-old has spent the last six months mastering handstands and walking on his hands and wanted to inspire others to give it a try.

"Hand stand walking is not as tricky as people think," he said.

"It's one of the first things I teach people in my workshops. It's a lot of fun and it builds strength and stability."

Shane has been a personal trainer for two years - but soon discovered that traditional ways of working out and keeping fit weren't for him.

He uses calisthenics, street dance, break dancing, yoga, martial arts and gymnastics as part of his fitness regime - and wanted to highlight the keep fit facilities availlable at outdoor spaces like Greenhead Park.

"I realised my passion was for movement, as opposed to training," he said.

"I don't train in a standard way but I like to explore my physical capabilities. I've picked up a lot of things from different cultures, both physical and spiritual.

"I want to get people involved and moving, as opposed to just training."

Shane is planning to add to the series of videos featuring different work outs and training methods on his Experience Movement YouTube page.
