A WOMAN was taken to hospital today after her car and a lorry collided on the M62 at Ainley Top.

A WOMAN was taken to hospital today after her car and a lorry collided on the M62 at Ainley Top.

The woman driver suffered slight head injuries and was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

Police closed one lane of the westbound carriageway shortly after 8.30am.
