A 40-year-old man was killed in a road traffic collision in Holmfirth last night.
The man, who is believed to be from the New Mill area was in collision with a Mercedes recovery truck near the former Midlothian garage site on New Mill Road around 10.35pm.
He died at the scene and the driver of the vehicle was arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
