FARTOWN rugby league legend and pro wrestler Douglas Clark is to make a posthumous TV appearance.
Dougie, who played for Huddersfield 485 times between 1909 and 1927, is to appear in Look Around on ITV this month.
The programme will appear on Border TV in Cumbria as it pays tribute to local legends.
Maryport-born Dougie helped Fartown to three Challenge Cups, three championships and seven Yorkshire Cups and is one of 17 men featured in the Rugby League Hall of Fame.
His niece Joyce Dempsey is seeking a publishing deal for her uncle’s biography.
