TWO youths alleged to have ripped up grass around a tennis court in Bradley were arrested last night.

The West Yorkshire Police helicopter was called to back up beat bobbies when the youths targeted the Woodlands Glade Leisure Centre at 4.15pm. They ran off into nearby woods but were spotted by the police helicopter and detained. A grassed area at the Bradley leisure centre was damaged in the incident. The helicopter had been over Fixby looking for suspects in connection with a burglary moments earlier.
