RUSH-HOUR motorists faced long delays after a two-car smash on a busy road.
The vehicles collided at the junction of Wakefield Road and Silver Street in Aspley at around 5pm yesterday.
An ambulance crew treated a 28-year-old female passenger who was slightly injured in the accident.
The crash caused congestion on Wakefield Road, Queensgate, Firth Street and Queen Street South.
