TWO youths arrested on suspicion of attacking Sean Wilson remain in police custody.

Sean, 17, of Almondbury, was found unconscious on the pavement next to Wakefield Road in Aspley at 1.15am a week last Tuesday. He had a facial injury which had caused an underlying fracture that led to bleeding in the brain.

Sean remains critically ill in Leeds General Infirmary and has not regained consciousness.

Two youths aged 16 and 17 were arrested at a house in Almondbury on Tuesday.

They were detained on suspicion of wounding Sean and are in custody at Dewsbury police station, where they were still being questioned today.
