A CHINESE lion will dance at Huddersfield’s University’s Quayside area this Sunday.
The dance, at 11am will mark the start of Huddersfield Chinese Community Centre’s New Year celebrations which are being hosted by the university.
The celebrations, which are open to everyone and free of charge, will include Tai Chi demonstrations, Chinese opera music and children’s performances. There will also be food, arts and crafts stalls, and other attractions celebrating the Year of the Rat.
