ROWDY youths are to face a police crackdown in Meltham.
Community police officers have vowed to continue to focus on problems at Morrisons’ car park following a meeting of local residents this month.
A spokesman for the Valleys Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT), said: “We have had four calls for service to Morrison's in the last month in relation to rowdy and abusive youths.
“There is still more work required to prevent any further incidents.”
The NPT will also be working to solve parking problems on Berry Road. Police will be doing a leaflet drop to advise residents not to park on the pavement or block the junction with Slaithwaite Road.
