SCENES from Huddersfield Parish Church have been included in a tribute to Wakefield Cathedral.
Cathedral officials set out to capture a year in the life of the cathedral with photos from every day of 2012. And the images include shots from a special service at St Peter’s Church on November 30.
The images, taken by Rich Wainwright, show the choir taking part in a service led by the Bishop of Pontefract, the Very Rev Tony Robinson.
During the service, crosses made by prisoners at Wakefield jail from the wood of former pews were handed out.
