A RUGBY league player facing drug charges is on the wanted list again.

Ben Feehan, a centre who played for Huddersfield Giants and represented England at the under-16 level, had an arrest warrant issued against him by Blackpool magistrates after he failed to turn up at court.

Feehan, 21, of Ridge Close, Primrose Hill, now plays for Newsome Panthers.

He is charged with possessing 25 Ecstasy tablets with intent to supply the drug and possessing cannabis.

The drug offences are said to have taken place at the Sanuk nightclub in Blackpool last September 9.

The magistrates were told that Feehan had phoned to say he had no money to travel to Blackpool.

Feehan was put on the wanted list previously, after he failed to turn upon the drug charges at Blackpool Magistrates' Court on December 8.

Feehan later surrendered to police.

He admitted failing to answer bail and go to court and was fined £50.
