THE M62 fully reopened this morning at shortly after 6.30am.
Following yesterday morning's crash between J27 and J28 the motorway was shut all day as police carried out investigations into the smash which killed two people.
Overnight the motorway remained closed as teams worked on the road surface and also fixed the barriers and central reservation which had been destroyed in the crash.
Both directions were gradually reopened and by 6.30am traffic was moving through as normal.
