TWO more bail bandits have been named by police.
They are the latest to have their names published in the Examiner after failing to turn up in court charged with offences.
Daniel Robert Wood, 20, was last known to live on William Street in Crosland Moor.
A warrant was issued by Leeds Crown Court last November after he failed to appear in relation to alleged offences of theft, assault and possessing an offensive weapon.
He is white and 6ft tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
The other man is Richard Mark Astin, 31.
Huddersfield magistrates issued a warrant in March when he failed to appear in relation to an alleged Drugs Act offence.
He is Asian and 5ft 8in tall with black hair.
He was last known to live in the West Grove Avenue area of Dalton.
Police are now releasing the names and ages of people wanted on warrant along with the charges they face.
The names will keep be published over the coming weeks and months so police have strongly urged anyone who is wanted on warrant to turn themselves in now or face having their name in the Examiner.
Police say trying to track down the bail bandits ties up valuable police time which they would rather spend on patrol.
More than 150 people are wanted on warrant in Huddersfield.
