The wife of a Huddersfield terrorist is reportedly training ISIS female suicide bombers in Syria.

Samantha Lewthwaite, wife of 7/7 bomber Jermaine Lindsay and dubbed the ‘White Widow’, is also thought to be helping the militants with their propaganda campaign.

Lewthwaite was married to former Rawthorpe High School pupil Jermaine Lindsay, who killed 26 people when he blew himself up in the July 7 terrorist attacks in London in 2005.

Now the 30 year-old Brit – one of the world’s most wanted women – is suspected to be involved with ISIS.

News of her involvement with ISIS will cause added concern as she uses her extensive terrorist experience to assist the militants.

Lewthwaite took the name Sherafiyah when she converted to Islam.

For the last three years British, American and Kenyan security services have been after her.

She was also suspected of being involved in the massacre at the Westgate Shopping Centre in Nairobi last September.

As well as helping to train suicide bombers, Lewthwaite – the daughter of a former British soldier – is also understood to be providing ISIS with training on how to exploit the media.

There are fears that she may have assisted with the production of the horrifying ISIS beheading videos, showing the murders of two US journalists and British aid worker David Haines.

ISIS, (sometimes known as ISIL and later renamed simply Islamic State) is a Jihadist militant group in Iraq and Syria influenced by the Wahhabi movement.

It aims to establish a caliphate, or Islamic state in Sunni majority regions of Iraq and Syria. In June they seized control of Mosul, Fallujah and Tikrit in northern-Iraq in large scale military offensives.

The news comes after RAF Tornado bombers joined in allied attacks on ISIS positions in Iraq.

The jets were fully armed, but were not thought to have identified any targets.

They were the first British jets to fly a combat mission against ISIS since Parliament authorised air strikes on Friday.
