AWARDS were presented in Huddersfield to lone parents and other people returning to work after time away.
The event was held at A&R Training Services on John William Street to mark the achievements of women who took part in child care and care courses.
The nine-month courses are funded by the European Social Fund through JobCentre Plus.
The learners had achieved NVQ Level 2 in either Early Years or Care and many of them have now gone on to jobs.
Staff members from A&R Training Services and representatives from Job Centre Plus were present to celebrate the achievements of the award-winners.
