A WOMAN has appeared in court accused of breaching an order to stay away from her sister.

Deborah Johnson, of Clarence Drive in Filey, was before Kirklees magistrates yesterday.

She is accused of calling Hillary Minshull at her Huddersfield home on December 15.

Contact with her sister is prohibited by a restraining order imposed by the town’s court in October 2010.

Johnson, 56, denies breaching the order.

Magistrates agreed that her case could be heard by the court.

Johnson will next appear there for trial on July 30.

She was granted unconditional bail.
